Tasting Notes:
100% Cinsault, our ‘Lazy Rosé’ has a perfect pink rose color and a rather fruity nose of with flinty minerality. In the mouth it is surprisingly crisp given the sweetness of its aromas. The wine has delightful flavors of cassis and watermelon, laced with bright, wet stone flavors. The acid levels are good, making the wine juicy and lively on the palate with a clean finish. Very easy to drink, it represents everything good about Rosé.

2008 LC Cab:

This Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of plum and cassis with a refreshing minerality.
